The completion of a large pond on the property will allow us to hold semi-annual fishing derby’s for children with special needs. We will be partnering with disabled veterans to assist with the fishing derby's.

Future projects include the construction of a playground and small campground specifically for the enjoyment of our program participants and their families. A future indoor riding arena will allow us to introduce a safe, therapeutic equine riding program provided that we are able to raise enough funds to purchase the land adjacent to our existing property.

Sammy Jun's Snack Shack will initially prepare a variety of light refreshments for private events held Thursday afternoons through Saturday evenings. Invited guests will enjoy fresh pastries alongside a variety of coffee and tea selections and hand dipped ice cream served in freshly-made waffle cones. Once we have a fully-trained staff, we plan to incorporate a broader menu, a wood-fired pizza option and a monthly Sunday brunch.
